Well established (over 7 years) commercial cleaning business with contracts in Virginia Beach and Chesapeake with 6 contracts with net revenue of over $6,000 per month. This will jump to over $7,500/month in April of 2025. This is great for someone wanting to expand their current operations or someone transitioning from another small business.

This is a franchise business under Vanguard Cleaning Systems, and you are required to have already been established as an operating business (doesn't have to be commercial cleaning, but preferrable) to go through the vetting process with Vanguard. Vanguard actively markets/searches for new contracts all the time on your behalf, but you are also allowed to go get your own contracts outside of them.

We are the primary operators from a day to day cleaning standpoint, but do have one 1099 worker for one of our buildings that is cleaned during the day MWF. Can easily increase income by taking over the building that this work cleans.

3 contracts are M-F (evenings)
2 contracts are MWF (1 evening, 1 day)
1 contract is Mon and Sat (eveninigs)

Total time to clean all evening buildings each week is about 25 hours with 2 people. If you were to clean the daytime build that would add 6 hours for one person or 3 hours for 2 people.

Comes with all necessary supplies - i.e. commercial vacuums, vacuum belts and rollers, over 300 microfiber rags, reuseable/washable mop rags, mop sticks, and cleaning products.
