This facility includes a full boxing program; 20' x 20' ring, a 16' MMA octagon, Box Master boxing machines, heavy bags, speed bags etc, all high quality strength equipment (Nautilus), Star Trac cardio machines, Infrared saunas in each locker room, a stand-up tanning booth and we are open 24 hours 365 days per year for members.
Gold's Gym Taylor is located at 7836 Telegraph Road, Taylor, Michigan 48180; approximately 30 minutes from Gold's Gym Detroit. This facility has an indoor bootcamp; green turf, Tank sled push, Tire Flip 180, tractor tire with sledge hammer etc., men's & women's red cedar wood hot saunas (190 degrees), stand-up tanning booth, all Nautilus strength equipment, Star Trac cardio machines also open 24 hours 365 days per year for members.
