The size is 1,500 square feet with laundry and dry cleaning each having separate entrance.
The dry cleaning and laundry service area can be closed while the coin-op laundry can be open later hours.
There is an automatic door open and closed system in place in the laundry. The door opens and closes automatically.
Note: cash flow is what the owner will earn working those hours himself.
