The microbrewery is located outside the city limits 1/4 mile from IH 40. Beer is distributed throughout the entire State of Kansas. Distributors include Budweiser, Worldwide and one independent. The 2nd location, 5 blocks away from the college campus, is a family friendly restaurant that opened downtown in 2021. The 2 locations are approximately 2 miles apart. The brewer is an owner and would like to stay involved as a consultant. There are 19 part time employees, primarily college students. The manager of the downtown brewpub has been with the company a little less than a year and is very helpful with employee recruitment and in the creation of new menu items. Major categories of products are beer (60%) and food (40%). There are four brands of beer that are canned and available year-round plus a seasonal beer every three months. Growth possibilities could include expanding to other cities.
