Operations:
Currently, we handle all operations from the office. Google & Google ads are the main source of revenue. They run on their own and don't need adjustments. Email marketing and SMS are run from here and are not used often. We have a content writer if we choose to have anything written. We store and ship all inventory. Current operations take around 1-2 hours of maintenance a day.
We have a 3PL to recommend if you want to scale faster and do not want to house and ship inventory.
Inventory Investment:
We have inventory in-house and on the way.
The buyer can expand significantly by adding a couple more SKUs. We have a top-end manufacturer now that can turn products in 6 weeks. MOQ would be around 250-500 units depending with profit margins of 50% to 70% depending on the product.
The buyer would need to order another round of inventory most likely but that depends on the time of sale and what the buyer wants to do with the company.
