What we're looking for:

We're seeking a talented AI Engineer / Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role combines the art of data analysis with the science of artificial intelligence to enhance our platform's capabilities, making complex data understandable and actionable for our users. You'll be pivotal in driving Openfair's product innovation, using data-driven insights to solve real-world problems in the business acquisition domain.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement AI models and algorithms to improve the accuracy of our business valuation tools and match-making system between buyers and sellers.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic decisions and enhance user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to integrate AI solutions into the Openfair platform.
• Conduct ongoing testing and optimization of AI models to ensure peak performance and relevance.
• Communicate complex data findings in a clear and effective manner to stakeholders and team members.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and advancements in AI and machine learning, applying this knowledge to drive innovation at Openfair.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI, machine learning, and data analysis, preferably in a tech or financial services environment.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages, with experience using AI and machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Expertise in data modeling, data visualization, and statistical analysis.
• Ability to translate business challenges into data pipelines and model frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
