Based in the Southeastern part of the United States, the Company serves its customers from their state-of-the-art facility and the latest technology automotive repair equipment. In business for over 40 years, the Company provides a wide range of automotive repairs for high end import vehicles; including scheduled routine maintenance, brakes, cooling system, electrical, HVAC repair, engine, transmission, alignment, steering/suspension, tires, etc. The Company is also growing in Domestic models as well as Electric Vehicles (EV).
The Company’s revenue has grown from $5.4M in 2019 to $10.1M in the last twelve months, with a three-year average Adjusted EBITDA of $1.9M. The owners are seeking to sell 100% of the company and are willing to assist new ownership with a successful transition.
