We were launched as a multi-state Healthy Restaurant Chain that was in the middle of an expansion plan where we were looking to sell franchises into multiple states. Due to the death of the CEO, we are looking for a new partnership or owner. Our business was located in Florida, Texas, and Tennessee, and was in the process of expanding into New York, Colorado, Nevada, and California. We have an entire package that includes the menu, recipes, marketing, trademarks, Franchisor and Franchisee agreement templates. The business is ready for a savvy group of investors to expanding this business nationwide. The business plan projected annual revenue of 30M for the state of Florida alone and 100M Nationally in 5 years.
The Revenue and Cash flow were projections for year 3 in the Franchise territory from Tampa to Orlando and down to Naples/Marco Island in the State of Florida.
