About the Company
We are a United States-based company with patented health and beauty products. We
have distribution on-shelf in over 7,500 U.S. retail chain stores and distributors, as well as most drug chains in Canada, and a strong Amazon presence. Current revenue is about $1 million with a gross margin of more than 75%, but a lot of our distribution is new. We have done the heavy-lifting regarding distribution/vendor agreements, manufacturing agreements, packaging, patent work, etc. No significant marketing or advertising has been applied yet, so this business is well-positioned to scale rapidly by marketing current patented products and by adding products into our wide distribution. We are authorized vendors for many large retail chains, including Walgreens on-shelf and Walmart.com. See the graphic for a listing of our retail network.
The current business could be positioned as a TEA EB-5 if desired. It could also be positioned as a business with new broad distribution on an upward trajectory, needing only capital for expansive growth. Or it could be used to gain immediate, broad distribution for a company with other products.
As our headquarters includes only R&D and offices, the main office is portable to any location without extensive relocation costs. Contract manufacturing and distribution is in rural areas of the U.S..
This could be structured as an asset sale or corporate sale. There are associated
technologies that could be acquired separately or together.
